CLASSIC COLOUR (CC)

Whats are CLASSIC COLOUR images?

A classic colour image is natural editing with minimum adjustments applied. True tone, pure colour with no filters applied. A preset can be applied to a classic colour image. Very important! if a preset is applied to a classic colour, exported and handed over to the Client, the image can not be reverted back to a classic colour. 

CC AI DENOISE (CCAI)

What are CLASSIC COLOUR AI DENOISE images?

Lightroom AI Denoise can only be applied to RAW files. Classic colour AI denoise produces crisp detail and more accurate renditions of edges, improves colour rendering, whilst efficiently removes noise, while preserving all the finer details.

RAW UNEDITED (RU)

RAW files contain uncompressed and unprocessed image data. Riaan West converts all RAW files into unedited JPEG file format that can be purchased directly from this gallery or the Riaan West Store. These images are not viewable to the public and will require a password to view and to purchase. The password is contained in email sent to The Client when the gallery is handed over to The Client or can be obtained by contacting Riaan West.

From all the raw unedited images, Riaan West selects a total number of images to be edited. The total number of selected images to be edited are per Riaan West quote and agreed upon beforehand. These images are selected and edited by Riaan West own discretion and per Riaan West terms and conditions. 

In the case that The Client requires specific images to be edited that didn’t form part of The Clients final hand over package, The Client can purchase the desired images directly from this Raw Unedited gallery.

Please note that a 100% upfront payment needs to be made before any image will be ready for download.

Very Important, only a selection of 50 images and above will be assigned for professional outsource editing. For orders of 50 and above images, editing can take between 7 and 14 working days excluding weekends, delivery of images are depended on outsource service provider availability and Riaan West project queue.

A selection of 0 - 49 images will be released as a raw jpeg unedited file ready to be downloaded immediately as soon as your payment has been made and received.

Please use gallery name as reference number when making a payment.

Classic colour sneak peek images are a couple of test images supplied by Riaan West in order for The Client to use for prints, social media and to share whilst Riaan West is working on the rest of the images to be sent through at a later stage. Usually you'll receive your CC sneak peek images shortly after your session.

Very important! if a preset is applied to a classic colour, exported and handed over to the Client, the image can not be reverted back to a classic colour.

 PRESETS (PST)

Whats are PRESETS images?

A preset is a custom filter applied using Adobe Lightroom. 

A preset image is a classic colour image with an applied filter to achieve a specific look or theme. Please note that once a preset (filter) is applied to a classic colour image, the image cannot be reverted back to the original true tone 1:1 natural classic colour image after a preset filter has been applied. Please store and keep your classic colour images safe and unprocessed and never apply any filter to your classic colour images without making a backup copy/set.
